We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to 50% of the service fee, which must be paid before booking your next appointment. For appointments requiring a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. If proper notice is given, the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled appointment. We understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made at our discretion. Please contact your provider as soon as possible if you need to make changes!
